Paul R. Wrubel, a Stanford Ph.D. and the firm's founder, is an acknowledged expert on a wide range of college-related issues. A former teacher, assistant principal, high school principal and school board president, Dr. Wrubel has served over 4000 clients from around the globe since 1988. His student clients are represented at over 500 colleges across the nation and his parent clients have received millions of financial aid dollars. In addition, Dr. Wrubel has helped families deal with college costs in a way that upgrades college choices while preserving family assets and long-term financial health. In addition to two degrees at Stanford, Dr. Wrubel has degrees from Middlebury College and Wesleyan University.
Paul R. Wrubel & Associates is solely a fee-based firm that does not sell financial products of any kind. We serve as a trusted partner of financial professionals who rely upon our advice to help their clients protect retirement and other assets through the college years.
Dr. Wrubel has appeared on a variety of radio and television talk shows and he has delivered literally hundreds of workshops and seminars for schools, service clubs, corporations and other organizations. He also works with a 501(c)(3) non-profit company called CollegeWorks that aggressively recruits and counsels low-income, under-represented populations to make a high quality education a reality. These services are provided at no charge to the recipient family.
